Refunds & Returns Policy

 

1. The "Custom Item" Rule

Because our products are uniquely personalized with your photos and designs, they cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are final.

  • No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer need the item, or ordered the wrong size/color.

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and enters our design or production phase, it cannot be canceled.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

While we don't offer "change of mind" refunds, we stand by our quality. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are protected if the product is defective.

  • What counts as a defect? A material flaw in the product itself (e.g., a torn shirt, a broken frame, or a significant printing error caused by our machines).

  • What does NOT count? * Low-Quality Photos: If you upload a blurry or low-resolution photo, we cannot be held responsible for the final print quality.

  • Minor Color Variance: Colors on your phone screen (RGB) may look slightly different when printed (CMYK).

3. How to Log a Claim

If your item is damaged or defective, follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your package:

  1. Email/WhatsApp us: Send your Order # and a clear photo of the defect.

  2. Inspection: Our team will review the claim within 2 business days.

  3. Resolution: If approved, we will either repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item or a defective product), Stikky Prints will cover the return shipping costs.

  • We will arrange a collection via The Courier Guy or Pudo at no cost to you.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom Face Balloons (once inflated or used).

  • Personalized Apparel that has been worn or washed.

  • Items damaged by the customer (e.g., popping a balloon during assembly).
