Shipping policy

At Stikky Prints, we take great care in hand-crafting your custom orders and ensuring they reach you safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

It is important to understand the difference between Processing (making your item) and Shipping (transit time).

  • Processing Time: Most custom items (Balloons, Hoodies, Canvases) take 3–5 business days to design, print, and assemble after your payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order leaves our studio in Soweto, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We ship nationwide across South Africa using our trusted partners: The Courier Guy and Pudo.

  • Standard Door-to-Door (The Courier Guy): Delivery to your home or office.

  • Pudo Locker-to-Locker: A cost-effective option where you collect from your nearest Pudo locker.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over R1,000.

Note: For oversized or fragile items (like our large Floral Gift Boxes), specialized shipping rates may apply to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

3. Pudo Locker Collections

If you select the Pudo option:

  • You will receive an SMS/Email with a PIN code when your parcel arrives at your selected locker.

  • Important: You have 36 hours to collect your parcel. If it is not collected in time, it will be sent back to the nearest depot, and a re-delivery fee will be charged.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order is packed and booked with the courier, you will receive an automated email with a Tracking Link. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our door to yours in real-time.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00.

  • Stikky Prints is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Every item is quality-checked before it is packed. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

  2. Send photos of the damaged packaging and the product to [Your Email/WhatsApp].

  3. We will lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement for you.
