Our Balloon kits include: A Personalized Vinyl Decal, pre-weeded and covered with transfer tape (ready to peel). It Includes The Balloon, A high-quality 18-inch or 24-inch Bobo or Latex balloon and an Instruction Card branded "How-To" card with a QR code leading to a video tutorial. Lastly, the kit includes a "Tester" Sticker, in form of a tiny heart or star to practice the peeling technique before you do the face/message.
